Root & Marrow Farm Dinner @ Blend 111

Root and Marrow Farm, located in Lovettsville Virginia, focuses on the health and life within the soil and they are able to grow more nutrient and flavor dense vegetables. Blend 111 partners with Root and Marrow Farm and receives weekly produce from the farm as core staples in our menu. Together, we are hosting our first collaboration 4-course tasting dinner with mission-aligned chefs using fresh ingredients from Root and Marrow and other regional farms and food producers. Erik from Root and Marrow will be joining us and speaking about their farm and the products that we will be enjoying. A selection of organic and biodynamic wines will be paired with the dinner.
