Blend 111 offers a "blend" of modern, farm-to-table cuisine in a relaxed, chef-driven refined dining environment. We visit local farmers, winemakers, and producers to ensure we receive the highest quality and best products. 100% of our wine is organic and sommelier-sourced. We seek organic, biodynamic, and sustainable ingredients from the market. You will have the best coffee you have ever tasted. We make all our cocktails to order with nothing batched and no refined sugar or syrup.

Our Dining Policies
Reservations are essential (brunch/dinner). Reservations will be held for 15 minutes. Email us for reservation requests of over 8 guests.
Out of respect for other reservations, please be aware of the time spent at the table.
Bringing outside food and/or beverages is not permitted.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We do not accept Cash (maintain any change).
The Vienna Town Council eliminated our outdoor patio and all of our outdoor seating.
We do not add any service fees to your check.
