Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Carefully sprinkle 1 bar spoon of bee pollen over the top of the ice
Method: Shaken
Time: 5 mins.

Ingredients

2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. organic blue agave
1 oz. lemon juice

Method

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
For garnish, carefully sprinkle 1 bar spoon of bee pollen over the top of the ice
