Ingredients

2 oz. pisco
2 oz. aquafaba
1 oz. lime juice
¾ oz. demerara syrup
3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Method

Place all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker.
Shake well.
Strain the contents into a glass and then top with bitters.
