Ingredients

1 ½ oz. coconut rum
1 ½ oz. pomegranate purée
1 ½ oz. pineapple purée

Method

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and vigorously shake with ice.
Strain the mixture into a glass refreshed with new ice.
For garnish, adorn with a single pineapple crown leaf.
