Chicha morada carries this — purple corn, pineapple and clove — with vodka for backbone and elderflower to lift it.

Ingredients

1 oz. vodka
½ oz. elderflower liqueur
4 oz. chicha morada

Method

Place all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well, then strain the mixture over fresh ice into a glass.
Complete the drink with a garnish of a fresh lime wheel.
